Built 1912 by D.P. Simpson. This two-story Mission/Mediterranean house is very similar in style and size to its neighbor, 2204. Though simple, both have the requisite stucco and tile roofs to be classified as Mission. Large square piers support the hipped tile porch roof, which leads to the oak and beveled glass front entrance. Windows are generally single pane, and the large front windows on the lower floor are set into arched reveals.
