Built in 1904, this two-story frame house features a gabled roof, double pedimented front porch and arched gabled window. The original owners of the home were F. Van Zandt and J. Palmer and the home was built by Van Zandt and Palmer. See also 1320, 1326, and 1332 West Avenue.
