This was once the home of Humboldt’s beloved Philip Needs, although only one of the three original structures remain. The main structure on the property was built after a fire damaged the original in the 1970’s. Only the front porch columns are from the original structure. An original carriage house on the rear of the property was demolished in recent years (2017).
