This house was built in 1892 and owned by the Ryan family, early settlers in Eureka who built many houses around. This two-story frame duplex have steeply pitched roof gables.

This home is known as the Annie B. Ryan house, was restored by College of the Redwoods Historic Restoration and Preservation Technology program and is owned by the Eureka Heritage Society (2017).
