Built 1921 by E.F. Pettingill and designed by C.W. McCall. A one-story Mediterranean/Mission revival exhibiting craftsman style under the eaves. Essentially L-shaped, the walls are stuccoed and the low pitched roof is covered with red clay tiles. Half-timbering appears at the cornice level. Credit: The Green Book
