Built 1900. Like many late Queen Anne residences, this house presents a variety of juxtaposed roof forms and massing. Constructed for Humboldt County Clerk William H. Haw, the house is characterized by a large Colonial Revival porch with paired Doric columns, a second floor corner porch with no entry from the interior, and window frames reminiscent of the Stick style.The upper-level wall surfaces are shingled.
