Built 1916. A one-story symmetrical Renaissance Revival commercial building with quoins and cornice with modollion blocks. This building was constructed at about the same time as the two Carson houses. It originally served as the headquarters for the elder Carson’s lumber empire situated below the bluff near the bay.
