This is a one-and-a-half-story late Queen Anne cottage with hipped roof, central portico, dormer and corner tower. It was built in 1909 by Van Zandt and McCann. The original owner of record was J.Carter. The siding is a mid-20th century addition and the vinyl windows are an early 21st century change.
