This is a one-and-a-half-story frame Dutch Colonial Revival house with gambrel roof, second-floor Palladian window, and wraparound porch. It was built ca 1920. The original owner of record was C.Smith. This house was moved from the West side of the 600 block of J St. sometime around 1948.
