This one-story stucco Spanish Colonial Revival home was built in 1925 by McMath and Kinney and originally owned by C. Burke. The Spanish Colonial Revival style can be distinguished from the earlier Mission Revival style by it’s use of more red tile and much greater ornamentation. This home for instance features a tower at the entrance framed by a red tile roof. The stucco walls also often feature a variety of textures.
