This is a one-story building with vertical siding and flat roof with projecting eaves. The building was constructed for Gerald Matson’s architectural firm. It was built in 1960 by Pete Anderson. The architect was John Pola with G. Matson. The original owner of record was G. Matson. It continues to house Matson & Vallerga Architects and is keep in excellent original condition inside and out.
