Built in 1885 and originally owned by C. Colwell, this one-story frame house has a hipped roof, and entry portico, and originally two-over-two sash windows. The borders surrounding the windows are decorated with circle shaped ornamentation in addition to the brackets on the corners of the roof. The current windows are modern replacements.
