Built 1892. A large L-plan two-story house, mostly wrapped in a single story porch, and rambling out extensively in back as a series of seemingly original shed-like additions. Handsome pediment on the porch and remnant trim suggest former luxury. This residential structure has much been altered with a coat of asbestos shingles, new fenestration appears, and much trim has been removed judging from the remnants left.
