Built in 1917 and owned by Wallace Hamilton, this home is a simple box cottage with bays windows that are cut out volumetrically to either side of the entry. In the older photo, the tiny tack-on porch appeared to be the only relief to the clapboard. This home was then altered in that a pedimental window was added to the top and a tiny service porch to the back of the home.
