Built 1904 by P. Keatings, designed by W. Skilling. This one-and-a-half sotry house was styled after English cottage architecture with a steeply pitched roof, recessed bay, and porch. The home also boasts diamond-paned windows and and excellent “eyebrow” window that can be seen on the west side of the sloping roof.
