Owned and built by E. Mowry in 1887 this one-story frame Eastlake cottage have prominent wide, square pedimented bays that appear more decorative and precise when compared to Queen Anne bays. The borders around the windows and lining of the roof are extremely detailed which is expected with Eastlake gables. The highest peak of the front gable may very well be a bull’s-eye window.
