Built 1899. A tight salt-box form one-and-a-half stories high with a porch across the front. Door is to the left and a single faux-pedimental dormer pops up above the center porch post. Small remnants of former ornament remain at eaves, porch, etc. Several small additions have occurred at the rear and house has been coated in a two-tone pattern of pink and grey asbestos shingles.
