Built 1917. One of two similar houses built for E.J. O’Neill, this Craftsman bungalow is a good example of a common building type throughout the United States. Open gable ends with projecting exposed roof rafters characterize this style. Craftsman bungalows are generally one or one and a half stories and usually have a front porch.
