Built ca. 1900. Mr. and Mrs. W.P. Ward were the original owners of this well-designed Queen Anne cottage. Its simply ornamented elevations were sheathed in shiplap siding and fish scale shingles. Sawn shelf brackets are found on the slanted bays, while sunburst designs appears in the upper gable ends and in the pedimented porch gable. There is an original barn at the rear of the property.
