1412-14 B Street

Built 1904. There are very few examples of this type of duplex residence in Eureka. An oval window in the pedimented entrance pavilion indicates Colonial Revival influence, although Queen Anne slanted bays appear on the lower floor. Large, round arched openings on the porch are supported by short Doric columns. The symmetrical design is well proportioned and the building is in good condition. Credit: The Green Book
