Built 1896 for George Ghram. This two-story house presents a curious juxtaposition of elements. Primarily in the Queen Anne style, Eastlake ornament also figures prominently; atypically, the slanted corner bay does not rise above the roof line and thus does not have its own roof form. Instead, there is an unusual chamfer where the bay meets the roof. Also unusual is the abstract tree design on one gable end and the sunburst design on the other. On the front elevation, a pedimented window molding supported by shelf brackets cuts into the corner bay and a shallow arched porch leads to the entrance.
