Built 1873. Multifamily housing from this early period is rarely found intact, but this modest Italianate duplex, built by the Graham family, has suffered little alteration, Below the moderately pitched hipped roof, the front elevation is divided symmetrically and pedimental window and door frames are found throughout. Windows are six-over-six double hung sash. Below the plain frieze with brackets are identical porches supported by pierced columns.
