Originally owned by E. Langford and erected in 1903, this home demonstrates a hybridized pool of Queen Anne and Colonial Revival inspirations. The shingled patterns and porch indicate a Colonial Revival past ) while also incorporating Queen Anne bays windows that are partially blocked by the trees. This structure was heavily modified into a multi-unit apartment building. The exterior staircase on the South facade is not original.
