Owned by Mrs. J. Millay and built by Knudsen and Turner in 1927 this home is indicative of a Colonial Revival structure with shingle siding. This two-story home has a steeply gabled roof with a single dormer at the top. Although not quite visible from the street photo, the recessed porch is cornered with simple columnettes that demonstrate an Italian influence.
