Built and owned by B. Hine, this 1934 two-story cottage is inspired by a Colonial Revival style. Steep gables are common in this style, two dormers are also located on opposite ends of the the front side of the roof. The first floor has window bays that are not necessarily oriented in the corners. A side flat roofed structure is also located to the right.
